Where is your shop located?
My shop is primarily online currently but I do take scheduled appointments in my studio. In the warmer months you can find me at different jewelry shows which are listed on my Show schedule page.
Where is your jewelry made?
I have a small studio in my home near Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Can you create a custom piece of jewelry for me?
Many of my signature designs are customizable with different gemstones. Custom design work begins at $350, and I will work together with you to turn your vision into reality or help you design something completely unique. At times custom slots may be unavailable so that I can serve others well at my juried art fairs. You may e-mail the details of your custom request to: lisaann@hendersonstudios.net
How long does custom work take?
Custom work times vary depending on numerous factors. On average, a custom order will take at least 6-8 weeks. Simple customizations such as a request for an item with a different gemstone or in a different size can usually be done quickly and can often ship in 3-4 weeks. A deposit is required.
When will my order ship?
Most items purchased on the website ship within 2-3 business days because they are already made and all items that are made to order are noted. Most pendants, necklaces and earrings are available for immediate shipment. Please contact me at LisaAnn@hendersonstudios.net if you need an item delivered by a specific date. Let me know in the notes section of your order and I will try to accommodate you if possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders over $250 are shipped within the US (including US territories) via US Postal Service Priority Mail with insurance. If you need expedited shipping arrangements or additional insurance, that can be arranged. Once your order leaves my studio and is received by the post office it is their responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please be sure you have a secure delivery location or request a signature confirmation in the shipping options. Every piece is shipped in a beautiful jewelry box and will need minimal to no extra gift wrapping.
How much is shipping?
Basic shipping starts at $6. When you checkout, choose the shipping option that suits you best.
How long does shipping take?
In the US, once your order is shipped, you should receive it in 3-5 days depending on your location.. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. We currently do not ship outside of the US.
What if I need to return my item?
New, unworn, undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of your receipt. Custom work is non refundable. Please email LisaAnn@hendersonstudios.net with your request to exchange and reasons for exchange..
How do I know my ring/ bracelet size?
Ring sizing - One way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jewelry store and ask them to size your finger. Another way is to take a ring that fits you well, and request they tell you what size it is. Keep in mind that if you are ordering a wide ring, you should order ½- 1 whole size larger than you normally wear. Most of my rings can be sized up by ½ size fairly quickly..
Link bracelets with a clasp- Typically they are standard 7 ¼- 7 ½” long. If you need it shorter or longer please let me know in the notes section of your order.
Cuff bracelets- Typically these will have a 1” opening and come S, M, L. If you need and XS, or and XL please let me know in the notes section of your order.
Bangle bracelets- Must be able to fit over the portion of your hand that is the widest when you put your thumb and pinky fingers together. If you have an unusually small or large wrist, please use a tape measure to measure this distance, and that will help me determine the correct size for you.
What if my ring or bracelet doesn’t fit?
I am happy to exchange a ring or bracelet, or re-size it if possible, within the 10 day return window, in the event a piece you ordered doesn’t fit. Return postage is not provided in the event an item needs to be exchanged, and many exchanges requiring resizing are able to be done with no additional charge.
How do I return/ exchange an item?
Please contact me within 10 days of the receipt of your item if you need to exchange or return it. All exchanges and returns must be mailed back to Henderson Studios with insurance, I am not responsible for lost packages.
How long does it take to receive a refund/exchange?
As soon as I receive a returned item I will contact you to let you know it has been received. All eligible refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt. If you need something exchanged, it may take up to 2 weeks to make the necessary alterations.
