Repair, Warranty and Inspection
At Henderson Studios Jewelry I pride myself on quality work and it is my commitment to stand behind the integrity of each piece I make. If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece upon receipt, please contact me immediately, I will work with you to repair my work.
I offer a full repair for items not caused by negligence on your part for all my products within 6 months of purchase.. After 6 months this is done for a fee. I STRONGLY recommend that you have all gemstone jewelry inspected for security and integrity every 6 months if worn frequently. I am not responsible for accidents that happen to your jewelry that are not defects in craftsmanship. Please understand that if you run over it with your car, or it gets stepped on or some other craziness, your piece may need to be remade and therefore there will be a subsequent charge. Normal wear and tear happens, and just like your car requires maintenance, your jewelry may require repair along the way.
